 Infrared Thermometer - Model IRL-7Ex The KUSAM-MECO IRL-7Ex is a cutting-edge, intrinsically safe infrared thermometer designed for hazardous environments such as mines and oil and gas facilities. It is certified with an Ex class rating of Ex ib I Mb (Class 1), ensuring safety and reliability in potentially explosive atmospheres.
With a wide temperature range of -32°C to 700°C and a resolution of 0.1°C, the IRL-7Ex delivers precise measurements for critical applications. It features an infrared spectral response of 8 μm to 14 μm and a rapid response time of just 250ms, making it highly efficient for real-time temperature monitoring.
Its 20:1 distance-to-spot ratio allows users to measure temperatures from a safe distance accurately.
The device offers adjustable emissivity (0.01 to 1.00) for versatile use across different surfaces. It includes advanced features like high/low-temperature alarms and Max/Min/Avg/Dif functions for comprehensive data analysis.The backlit LCD display ensures clear readings even in low-light conditions, and the thermometer can store data for later reference.
Powered by a single 9V battery, it also includes an auto power-off function to conserve energy.
The IRL-7Ex comes with a user manual, battery and carrying case, making it a dependable and portable tool for professionals working in hazardous environments.
