Sustainability is becoming critical in construction. How is Dynapac working towards fuel efficiency, reduced emissions, and eco-friendly paving solutions?

We actively support the government's initiatives to promote greener and more sustainable construction. Our machines, such as Soil Rollers, Tandem Rollers, and Pavers, use CEV-V compliant, fuel-efficient engines to reduce emissions. Noise levels are reduced by simple and intuitive designs, while ROPS-equipped cabins improve operator safety.

We improved eccentricity in compactors to improve fuel efficiency and economics. Dynapac is the first manufacturer to introduce an optimised eccentric mechanism for rollers. This design was optimised for optimal performance, low fuel consumption, and little environmental effect. To initiate vibratory action, about 11 kW less power is required, resulting in a 50 percent reduction in energy consumption during startup and the use of less fuel.

We optimise fuel consumption for our pavers so that we just use the amount of energy required to accomplish the work - nothing more, nothing less. This is accomplished through constant load monitoring and self-adjusting engine RPM, guaranteeing that the engine always runs at the lowest fuel usage. This feature considerably decreases fuel use, particularly on construction sites where machines are frequently relocated or screed widths change.

Our equipment is designed for extended service intervals and optimal fuel use, reducing environmental effect throughout the machine's lifecycle.
