How has the optimised pallet size and automation of Columbia Models addressed India's demand for various concrete products?
Our entry-level SPM20 concrete block plant is designed to produce a wide range of products, including high-strength concrete paver blocks, hollow and solid blocks, fly ash/concrete bricks, and retaining wall blocks. For higher production capacities, we also offer advanced models, including the SPM30, MPM1070, and SHP5500.
The pallet sizes in all these models are engineered for maximum utilisation, ensuring optimum productivity across various concrete products. Material handling starts with simple hydraulic off-bearers, while the SPM20 can also be integrated with an automated pallet return system or an automatic rack loader/unloader with plate-style cubers. The SPM30 operates with an automatic rack loader/unloader and plate-style cubers. In contrast, the MPM1070 and SHP5500 are equipped with automated pallet transporter systems and either plate-style or Robomatic cubers for seamless product and pallet handling.
