NEARING the end of his first season at Otley, Rhys Green says his view of his ADHD has improved, seeing his condition now as a superpower.
With it being neurodi- versity awareness week, it has given the second -row a chance to reflect on how his view has changed, and how the support from the club helped him to get there.
Green joined Otley in August, in what he de- scribes as the best move he could have possibly made for himself.
Before joining the York- shire side, he struggled with some of the nega- tive aspects of his ADHD in a team setting, due to a lack of understanding from his teammates and former management.
But since joining Ot- ley, the culture at the club and those around the dressing room have helped him to see its benefits.
