PAUL HOLLERAN jokes 'it was never meant to be like this' as he approaches 15 years in charge of National League North high-flyers Leamington - and says producing players is what keeps him motivated.

The 54-year-old first took charge of the Brakes in November 2009 after spells at Rushall Olympic, Halesowen Town and Solihull Moors and led the club to promotion back to Step 2 last term via the Southern League Premier Central playoffs.
And Leamington are loving life back in National League North, hitting the heights of the top six after ten matches, leading to hopes they can kick on again this season.
Boss Holleran, the man behind their success, quipped: "It was probably never meant to be like this... You probably think at the start: 'I'll have two or three years at this and take it up a notch or two'.
"But there's always something that's been going on here! We've been going up or going down, promotion or relegation, winning a cup.
