We were pleased to see this robe comes with an included 'stuff sack' which was welcome, as this is one of the bulkier robes on the market (although our sample is a size large and this tester would have fit into the medium). We can't use that as a negative, though, as that bulk is made up of a waterproof outer shell lined with the softest, snuggliest sherpa fleece that may ever have graced our body. All those materials are eco-friendly, too, as each robe is made from 90 plastic bottles or 2.5kg of ghost fishing nets.

The details really impress here, too. Pockets are both zippy, have a Velcro flap over them and are fleece-lined for hand warmth. An inner zipped pocket is useful for valuables, while cuffs have a Velcro strap, which is handy for keeping the long sleeves secured if you need to use your hands, while when let out there's plenty of room for changing.
