THE CREATOR OF DEAD OR ALIVE PASSES

The gaming world was in mourning recently, over the news that Tomonobu Itagaki, the creative force behind such series as Dead Or Alive and the rebooted Ninja Gaiden franchise had passed away at the age of just 58.
Known for his focus on high-intensity action games, his love of wearing sunglasses at all times and for being incredibly outspoken (a relative rarity within the Japanese development community) the news of Itagaki's passing was announced on 16 October, with his family sharing his last words via a Facebook post.
