One thing that always surprises me about the original Ghostbusters, apart from the scene in which Ray Stanz randomly and unnecessarily receives spectral fellatio, is how mercenary it is. We cheer as they charge thousands for removing malign presences and flout environmental protection laws. It's libertarian propaganda with Twinkie jokes.
