FOLLOW MY DREAM AND MAKE IT COMES TRUE
Lens Magazine
|September 2022
"My name is Elijah Kagan; I'm 30 years old, originally from Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Nowadays, I live and work in Haifa, Israel.
Since childhood, I have always dreamed of becoming a traveler. So while listening craziest, almost fantastic stories from my father, who was a seaman, I imagined how I would start my own journey. I decided to follow in my father's footsteps and finish State University of Maritime and Inland. But as we all know, expectations do not always equal reality, and nowadays, seaman doesn't have as much time and freedom as 20 years ago. But, I've managed to follow my dream and make it come true now; I have traveled a lot during vacations.
At the moment, I have visited more than 25 countries and A always tried to document people, their stories, and their destinies. The results of that trips became a photobook which I will be published soon.
