A streak of urine running down a red, peeling wall in Cape Verde might not seem like a great photo opportunity. But as regular readers may have realised, this kind of subject is right up my street. At first, it was the brilliant vibrance of the cracked and crumbling red paint that caught my eye. Then I noticed the streak of piss, adding a provocative edge, which I was instantly drawn to. Needless to say, a few eyebrows were raised by passersby as I proceeded to photograph it.
