Edit fast with slider pairs

Some people love editing. Some people prefer photographing and want to get away from the computer as fast as possible. Others are just learning to edit and are overwhelmed and don’t know where to start. It doesn’t matter where you sit on this; some slider pairs work really well together to get the best out of your photos – and quickly, too.

What is a slider pair? Many options in Lightroom have mirroring sliders. The most obvious would be Whites, which controls the brightest point of the image, and Blacks, which controls the darkest. Traditionally, these are referred to as the white and black points. You would generally set these early. The beauty of Lightroom is that these are easy to set automatically.
