Sam's happy to keep on losing with football club

A Wakefield man has lost six and a half stones in weight this year with the support of a men’s weight loss programme.
MAN v FAT helped Sam Sheppard to lose weight.
Sam Sheppard, 25, found himself struggling after moving to Wakefield and then came across an advert for MAN v FAT Football Wakefield on social media.
He said: "I'd gone from playing football multiple times a week to not at all. It negatively impacted my weight and mental wellbeing.
"When I came across the adverts, I took the leap to join and have never looked back!"
