Delayed plans for an 18-storey block of flats are expected to go ahead after the developer agreed to include discounted rents.

Leeds City Council deferred granting planning permission for the development of 164 apartments in Sayner Lane in Hunslet.

In May, a plans panel asked for design changes to be considered after the applicant, Countrylarge Limited, said it was not financially viable to include affordable homes.
