Clothing business is booming for 'high end' Marie Curie charity shop

A charity shop in Leeds which specialises in premium and designer clothing has thanked the public for their support as it celebrates its first anniversary.
Edit, a Marie Curie store, first opened its doors on Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton, in October 2024, with the aim to raise charity funds while promoting slow fashion.
Marie Curie is the UK's leading end-of-life charity, providing support and care to those living with terminal illnesses and their loved ones.
As a boutique store, Edit offers its customers preowned clothes, shoes, and accessories for men and women from premium brands at a fraction of the original retail price.
The shop was created as a way to gather some of the public's most generous donations to Marie Curie all in one place.
