Panchayat in Sadikpur Khandra vows to make village drug-free

Concerned over the rising cases of drug abuse and other antisocial activities, the Gram Panchayat of Sadikpur Khandra in Sadhaura block convened a community meeting at the village's SC Chaupal, inviting members from all communities and the Sadhaura Police for joint deliberation. According to information received, the Panchayat initiated this step to take firm action against the growing drug problem.
A collective decision was taken with the consensus of all community members and law enforcement representatives to crack down on drug users and peddlers.
