Kalyan gives gift of development works worth Rs 1.54 cr to Gharaunda and Furlak

Haryana Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan on Friday laid the foundation stone for development works worth more than 1 crore 54 lakh rupees in Gharaunda and Furlak. On this occasion, he said that in future, the development works of the constituency will gain more momentum.

The work for the progress of the constituency will continue. The government is carrying out development by considering power as service. He said that with the speed at which development works are being done, the difference between the city of Gharaunda 10 years ago and today can be felt. Kalyan laid the foundation stone for the work of installing street lights on Furlak Road in Gharaunda. Nagar Palika will install 174 lights on 1 km long road. Each light will have 120 watt capacity. The number of pillars with brackets on both sides will be 87 and the height will be 9 meters. 85 lakh 74 thousand rupees will be spent on this work. He also laid the foundation stone of a tubewell to be installed in Durga Colony at a cost of Rs 36.02 lakh.
