Prynn quits Tavistock for Mousehole

TAVISTOCK’S preparations for the forthcoming Southern league Division One South season have been dealt a blow with the news that striker Liam Prynn will not be returning to the club, having joined divisional rivals Mousehole.
The decision of the 28-year-old ends an eight-year association with the Lambs, where the prolific Prynn played a significant role in the club's ascent from the South West Peninsula League to their place in Southern League Division One South.
Moving to Mousehole sees Prynn link up with his former teacher and now colleague, Jake Ash, who is the first team manager at Trungle Parc as well as a PE teacher at Penryn College.
"I came to Penryn College in year seven and left in year 11,"Prynn said. "I ended up signing for Torquay United and working with Jake Ash very closely.
