It signals at last some good and well-communicated news from the UK Labour Government and Labour in Wales. Someone must have noticed there's a by-election. Better late than never.
‘This initiative, if it's to have the promised momentum, must be visible and delivered on time.
People are impatient for jobs and the “money in their pockets” that UK Labour has been promising since winning office.
