Samuel Davies, who worked at Haverfordwest High, told one of the 14-year-olds not to tell anyone about his message when he requested to friend her on Snapchat using a name she didn't recognise.
He asked another, identified as Learner B, whether she felt comfortable sending him photos of herself, a professional standards panel heard.
"I want to see that body (smiling emoji) and a few pix maybe? xx," Davies messaged. He followed that up with: "Asking you for pix and stuff, you cool with that kind of thing or are you not really into it?"
When another girl, identified as Pupil A, accepted him on Snapchat, she was shocked to receive a message from Davies that read: "Oh hey, I am your teacher. Don't tell anyone, I would get into trouble, but I think you're really attractive."
The TA, employed under an apprentice scheme with agency Ap Prentis, sent friend requests on Snapchat under the name "Sam Bear Davies, the Education Workforce Council Wales panel was told.
Davies, a former pupil of the now closed Sir Thomas Picton High, which along with Tasker Milward School merged to become Haverfordwest High in 2018, was escorted off the school premises when the pupils reported the messages in October 2022.
