A CARDIFF man has been jailed for assaulting two police officers, causing one to lose vision after the attack.

Abdul Yusaf, 27, was at the scene of a crash on Bute Street, Butetown, when police arrived and he fled.
When officers attempted to detain Yusaf he become violent, assaulting them. The attacker hit PC Jabber in the eye, causing him to lose vision as well as punching and kicking PC Fitchett.
