Morgan goes the extra mile on road to recovery

WALES captain Jac Morgan has undergone surgery on the dislocated shoulder he suffered while scoring against Argentina - and has installed a specialist oxygen chamber in his home as he races to be fit for the start of next year’s Six Nations.
Morgan, 25, faces a layoff of around 12 weeks after suffering the injury in the 52-28 defeat earlier this month, casting significant doubt over his availability for Wales’ opening championship clash with England on February 4.
And on Sunday, the Ospreys flanker posted an update on Instagram showing himself in a sling standing beside a Hyper Heal oxygen chamber, a device increasingly used by elite athletes to speed up recovery by exposing the body to enhanced oxygen levels.
