Government delays historic bill after backlash

CAMPAIGNERS have warned there must be “no exceptions” for security services from the duty of candour under the proposed Hillsborough Law.
It comes as the remaining stages of the law have been pushed back until next week amid concerns about how
the duty of candour to be brought in would not apply to security services including MI5 and MI6.
