Derby bragging rights for Yeovil as they halt Perrott

THE derby bragging rights went to Yeovil as they brought North Perrott's perfect campaign to a crashing end.
-
Perrott had won all three of their opening matches in the West of England Premier League Somerset Division, with maximum points in all three, however it was Yeovil who continued their good form since their opening day defeat to make it three consecutive victories - again with maximum points in all.
Yeovil had been invited to bat by their hosts and needed Siby Chacko (87) to stay resolute while early wickets fell around him. Dan Ewens (28) managed to help put on a third-wicket partnership of 98 before Chacko departed.
