GLASTONBURY is known for being one of the world’s greenest festivals, striving to be sustainable in every way it can.

On its website the Worthy Farm event suggests its visitors do not arrive by car, advising punters to take the train and a bus to reduce their emissions.
However, for the rich and the famous, it's a whole lot easier to hop in a helicopter and land close to the site, avoiding the faff that comes with mingling with the masses.
Locals in the nearest village of Pilton have become fed up with the loud choppers carrying celebrities back and forth after putting up with ungodly levels of traffic for nearly a week.
Speaking to MailOnline one resident said: “We've never seen this many coming into the festival - it’s insane.
