Newsagent to sell alcohol despite fears over 'public nuisance levels'

A NEWSAGENT in West London has been granted permission to extend its opening times.
-
The Hillingdon Council licensing sub-committee voted in favour of the application on Wednesday, April 16.
S & K News, in Byron Way, West Drayton, will also sell alcohol until the extended closing time of 11pm.
Currently the shop operates primarily as a convenience store which does not sell alcohol.
The shop currently operates between 6.30am and 6pm Monday through Saturday and between 8am and 1pm on Sundays. The new licence allows the shop to open from 6am until 11pm daily.
