Hotel and 'co-living' homes get green light
Uxbridge Gazette
|April 23, 2025
A BRAND new hotel and block of 'co-living' homes will built in West London. The Hillingdon Council planning committee gave the development the green light on Wednesday April 9, despite none of the homes being 'affordable.

The development will be in Uxbridge Town Centre, with Belmont Road to the north, Bankers Road to the east, and High Street to the west. It has been more than seven years in the making, but councillors only discussed it for around 40 minutes before approving it.
The existing building is home to offices, a Greggs, WH Smith, a Post office, some homes and a car park.
This three-storey building will be demolished to make way for the new 10-storey building, accompanied by an eight-storey building.
