Toronto thermometers hit 16 C Monday, surpassing 50-year high of 13.3 C

Toronto saw double-digit weather on Monday, with slightly cooler temperatures forecast for Tuesday.

Toronto has seen unseasonably warm weather this winter and the pattern continued Monday when the city broke a 50-year-old temperature record.

It felt like spring throughout the day on Monday as double-digit temperatures were forecasted with sunny and cloudy conditions.
