AN outbreak of bird flu has been confirmed in Mid Devon.
The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) has said there are confirmed cases of the contagious H5N1 avian influenza virus in the Crediton area.
The outbreak was confirmed by the Chief Veterinary Officer on Monday, November 3.
