Controlling pollution, restoring communal harmony and clearing the city's three landfills are among the top priorities of Congress for the municipal elections. The party released its vision document on Saturday.
Delhi Congress manifesto committee chairperson and former state transport minister Haroon Yusuf said that his party had always upheld the values of the Constitution, and its councillors, if voted to power, would naturally be sensitive to the supreme rule of the country. In this, it said a priority was to ensure communal harmony.
