Rory refuses to be blown away in Kildare
RORY MCILROY refused to have his Irish Open blown off course as he tussles for a win.
The World No.2 starts the final day four behind leader Adrien Saddier after a second-successive bogey-free round at The K Club.
Mcllroy’s 68 leaves him in fourth spot with Spaniards Angel Hidalgo and Alfredo Garcia-Heredia also ahead of him going into Sunday’s finale.
The career Grand Slam star felt in control of his game as he looks to boost his Ryder Cup buildup, but not so much the County Kildare gusts which held him back at 11-under alongside Swede Joakim Lagergren.
