The Millwall winger received standing ovation when replaced on 68 minutes after teeing-up Jake Cooper's first-half opener and blasting in a cracking 20-yarder after the break.
Zak Sturge added the 72nd-minute third with a thunderous left-foot strike to take the Lions level on points with the Baggies in eighth.
Ryan Mason's side were simply not up to the task of handling the fired-up hosts and the blustery conditions at The Den.
