A FLAG campaign chief has been taking vigilante action against migrants with a thug jailed for two years for an attempted kidnap.

There is footage of Raise the Colours' Ryan Bridge and Daniel Thomas, described as far-right activist Tommy Robinson's ally, this month seemingly damaging a boat's engine on the French coast.

On Friday, they appeared in footage in France again. On Raise the Colours' X account, the group claimed to have destroyed "another migrant boat". A post crowed: "We don't just say 'Stop The Boats' we STOP The Boats!"

The group posted a picture of Bridge and Thomas proudly holding flags, standing next to the apparent remnants of a boat. In another clip on the group's Facebook page, they posed in a video set to Rule, Britannia!

The group labelled their efforts Operation Overlord, in a nod to the Allies' D-Day landings in 1944. The post bragged: "One Migrant Boat Has Been Destroyed".
