'Unfinished business' plans for Boxing Day\
ENVOI ALLEN has "unfinished business" in the King George VI Chase after fighting his way to victory in the Ladbrokes Champion Chase at Down Royal.
Henry de Bromhead's 10-year-old won this Grade 1 three-miler two years ago, but went under by a neck to Gerri Colombe in his title defence in 2023.
And punters made last season's Cheltenham Gold Cup runner-up the 8/11 favourite to gain back-to-back victories but the hotpot backed out of the argument as Envoi Allen bore down on the pacemaking Hewick in the straight.
