FABIAN HURZELER has told his Brighton players to embrace the challenge as they push for European football next season.
The Seagulls had gone five Premier League games without a win prior to last weekend's dramatic 3-2 victory over West Ham, when they scored two late goals.
Emotions will run high over the last four games but Hurzeler is confident his team will stick together.
The Brighton boss said: "I try to be a role model regarding positivity, regarding trying to give this joy to the players.
