A MOTORIST is caught using a vulnerable elderly woman's stolen blue badge before his luxury BMW is seized and impounded.

We watched as the rogue driver, whose SUV was parked in a disabled bay, was confronted by an investigator.

When he clocked our reporter filming, the man held up his hand in a bid to obscure his face and said “No, no, no’ before making a swift exit.

It comes after we last week exposed the sickening sale of fake disabled badges in an undercover probe.
