UAE state oil firm read COP28 summit organisers' e-mail: Report

The Emirati state oil firm was able to read e-mail from organisers of the COP28 climate summit, The Guardian newspaper reported on Wednesday, in a fresh embarrassment for the gathering's hosts.

The British newspaper reported that the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc), whose chief executive Sultan Al Jaber is president of the November summit, was consulted on how to respond to a media inquiry.
