Taiwanese singer-actor Ken Chu cried during his solo concert in China on Nov15, reportedly due to his alleged exclusion from Taiwanese boy band F4’s upcoming concert tour.
The 46-year-old held the Yangjiang leg of his The Starting Point Of The Breaking Point tour in Guangdong province on the same day, in which he performed songs like F4’s Meteor Rain (2001) and At The First Place (2001).
In a video which went viral on Chinese social media, Chu was covering veteran Taiwanese singer Chyi Chin’s hit song Somewhere Winter (1987) when he choked up midway.
He reached for a towel during the interlude to wipe his face, and his eyes were red after he used the towel.
