Singaporean student, 25, dies after being stabbed in Brussels

A 25-year-old Singaporean student died after he was stabbed in the abdomen in the city centre of Brussels on Nov 7.
The victim was taken to hospital, where he died, according to a statement from the Brussels Public Prosecutor's Office that same day.
The Brussels police received a call for assistance at Sint-Pietersstraat, a street in the Belgian capital, at 2.30am local time (9.30am Singapore time), according to local reports.
Two 18-year-old males have been detained by the Brussels police after house searches.
