We are encouraged by Mr Darrick Chan Ying Jie's interest in and support of a vibrant music scene in Singapore. (Local music scene alive with passion and talent, Oct 11).
Singapore has a rich tapestry of over 1,100 music companies and groups, each contributing to our diverse arts scene. Initiatives that celebrate and bring local music to people not only add colour to Singapore's music scene but also help enrich our everyday lives.
In bringing enriching arts experiences to our communities, the National Arts Council collaborates with our arts industry and partners.
