RACE 2 (1,000M) (5) MIDNIGHT FLYER showed pace throughout when finishing second on debut over 1,160m, so this shorter trip should not pose an issue. With any improvement, given the benefit of that experience, he will be hard to beat.
Newcomer (4) MIAMI MOUNTAIN is a Canford Cliffs colt out of a Grade 1-winning 2YO. Watch.
(8) EMPRESS WU and (1) JET QUERARI have the form and experience to be competitive too.
RACE 3 (1,000M) (7) PARADISE WAY ran a close-up second on debut over this distance. With any improvement, she could go one better.
