New online tools from SkillsFuture S'pore help firms plan and curate staff training

Companies can now take stock of their employees' skills and assess gaps using new online resources that can chart career pathways to help in staff development.

These online tools, TalentTrack and TalentTrack+, were launched by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) on Aug 18.

More than 7,500 employers accessed the beta version of TalentTrack in May and June 2025 to gain skills and training insights for their workforces.

Addressing about 800 attendees from various enterprises at an Aug 18 event, Senior Minister of State for Education Janil Puthucheary said: "Step forward and take advantage of the training tools and enhanced support from the Government. Get involved in the benefits that being part of our tripartite arrangements and partnerships will bring to you and your businesses."

He was speaking at the SkillsFuture Human Capital Conference held at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre.

TalentTrack, a free tool developed by SSG, the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Government Technology Agency, helps employers identify in-demand skills and training courses curated to their industries.
