About 90% of 1.33 million households have claimed CDC vouchers

Close to 1.2 million Singaporean households, or about 90 per cent of the 1.33 million households, have claimed their $300 CDC vouchers that were launched on Jan 3.
More than $132 million has been spent at participating hawker stalls, heartland merchants' stores and supermarkets.
This was shared by Ms Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry, as well as Culture, Community and Youth, in a Facebook post on Jan 23.
The vouchers can be used at 23,000 heartland merchants' stores and hawker stalls; and eight supermarket chains, with about 400 outlets involved. Half of the vouchers can be used at the supermarkets, and the other half at the hawker stalls and heartland merchants. They are valid until Dec 31.
