Assam to bring law to stop love jihad: CM

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today said that the government is planning to move a bill against love jihad in the forthcoming session of the Assam Legislative assembly.

He said this while talking to newsmen in Nagaon and added that the government is planning to introduce bills against love jihad, polygamy and for protectin of lands belingyto Satras.
The CM said that the government is also planning to bring some acts on giving land rights to the tea garden workers etc.
He said that the government will inform about this to the people as and when decisions are taken in the cabinets.
