Why does feedback matter the most now? Whilst in the current times, when artists are longing to be known for their unique crafts, the real-world creative careers reduce individuality to just one part of the job. The real value lies in collaboration to channelise the individual ideas around a shared goal.

An artist may have built something in their distinct voice, but it now needs to be reshaped to fit commercial briefs, brand guidelines, production realities, and customer expectations.
