Telangana Congress government today announced 42 per cent reservation for Backward Classes in the upcoming polls for local bodies.
Telangana Congress government today announced 42 per cent reservation for Backward Classes in the upcoming polls for local bodies. The government will introduce a Bill in the Assembly in the first week of March during the Budget session, said deputy chief minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka.
The state government will also undertake a special drive for the families who have not taken part in the caste census and they will be given a chance to submit their details to the enumerators.
