Raj CM, ministers celebrate Rakhi with 1.21 lakh Anganwadi workers

An event, organised here on Tuesday to felicitate Anganbadi workers, turned out a "Rakshya Bandhan" celebration, four days ahead of the festival, with Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, his two ministerial colleagues, and around 1.21 lakh Aanganbadi Behan(s) of Rajasthan taking part in it.
The event presented a rare emotional moment—in otherwise politics of the country filled with negativities—as Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari and Minister of State for Women and Child Development Manju Baghmar tied Rakhis to Chief Minister Sharma, akin to sisters.
