NDA coalition or AIADMK govt: EPS contradicts Shah yet again

AIADMK remains the dominant constituent of the NDA after its return to the saffron camp a few months ago
Exposing the continuing inherent contradiction in the NDA in Tamil Nadu, AIADMK general secretary and former Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami on Saturday contradicted Union Home Minister and BJP stalwart Amit Shah yet again, dismissing any talk of coalition government and asserting that the Dravidian major will secure a majority on its own and form the government after the 2026 assembly election.
"The AIADMK will secure a majority of its own and form the government. This I have reiterated many times," he told reporters in Puducherry in response to a question on Amit Shah's interview published in an English daily this morning. This is the second time, within a span of a month, that EPS has contradicted the BJP strategist, who has been persisting with coalition government with BJP's participation.

Often, a director's first creations remain his or her very best. Satyajit Ray made an umpteen number of films, but when I spoke to many people across continents, they swore by his first work, Pather Panchali (Song of the Little Road). My friend and legendary movie critic, the late Derek Malcolm, always felt that Pather Panchali was brilliant.
