Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge on Sunday expressed deep concern over the devastating floods in West Bengaland Sikkim, particularly in the Darjeeling and North Bengal regions.

He also urged the Union Government to provide relief assistance to the affected states, including additional teams of NDRE, and demanded promptand adequate compensation for the victims.
