Governor outlines vision of 'emerging Bihar' in joint Assembly session

Addressing the joint session of the newly-elected Bihar Legislative Assembly and the Bihar Legislative Council on Wednesday, Bihar Governor Arif Mohammed Khan presented a picture of an emerging Bihar moving towards establishing new milestones in employment, education, energy, infrastructure, and social justice.

In his speech, the Governor outlined the achievements of the previous NDA government and said that the new government is also working with the principle of development with justice.
