Abhishek opens Sebaashray 2, 12 lakh treated during first camp

Abhishek Banerjee, Trinamul Congress national general secretary today inaugurated Sebaashray 2 camps at Maheshtala in south 24-Parganas.
As Sebaashray 2 officially rolled out across the Diamond Harbour Lok Sabha constituency, the initiative had its launch of a dedicated theme song. Rooted in the philosophy of “Jib Seba-e Shiv Seba” (service to mankind is service to god), the song reinforces the core belief that people always come above politics.
This is the first time that Sebaashray got a campaign song which captures the spirit and purpose of the large-scale public health mobilisation conceptualised by TMC national general secretary and Diamond Harbour MP Abhishek Banerjee, who has once again brought back the initiative with a renewed pledge, “Sokoler suswastha amader ongikar.” (good health for all is our commitment)
